Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website alexmex.store and to the advertising services provided by ALEXMEX LLC (“AlexMex”, “we”, “us”), ALEXMEX LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States. By using our website or hiring us, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We plan, set up, manage and report on paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram (Meta) and TikTok, as described in the plan you choose on our Plans page or in a written proposal we send you.

2. Plans and fees

• Plan fees are monthly, in US dollars, and billed in advance at the start of each billing month.
• A one-time setup fee applies to new ad accounts on the Starter plan. It is waived on the Growth and Scale plans.
• Taxes, if any, are added where required.
• We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ written notice. New prices apply from your next billing month.

3. Ad spend

Ad spend is not included in our fees. You pay Google, Meta, TikTok and any other platform directly, using your own payment method in your own ad accounts. You decide your budget, and we will not raise it without your approval.

4. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. Either party may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice by email. Fees already paid for the current billing month are not refundable. When the notice period ends, we stop managing your campaigns and remove our access to your accounts.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us the access, information and approvals we need to do our work
• Make sure your products, services, website and ad content are legal and comply with the advertising policies of each platform
• Hold the rights to any logos, images, videos and text you give us
• Pay invoices on time. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

6. Results

We work to improve your results, but advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, your offer, your pricing and your website. We do not guarantee specific results, such as a number of leads, sales or a return on ad spend.

7. Ownership

Your ad accounts, pixels, audiences and data belong to you and stay in your name. Ad creatives and copy we produce for you become yours once the related fees are paid. We may keep general know-how and methods we use for all clients.

8. Platform decisions

Google, Meta and TikTok may reject ads or restrict or suspend accounts under their own policies. We will help where we can, but we are not responsible for decisions made by these platforms.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your account access, business information and results confidential and use them only to provide our services, unless you agree otherwise or the law requires disclosure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, or for ad spend paid to advertising platforms.

11. Website use

The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
